[CURRENT BUG] Esportazione come immagine (export as image)

Quando esporto le mappe in JPG o NPG hanno una definizione molto bassa. Come posso esportare con una buona risoluzione?

Please provide us with the following information:

  • Used browser including version number (instructions here)
  • Operating System including version number (instructions here)
    
• Please enable support access. (instructions here)

Finally, does this happen with all maps? If not, please share the name of the affected map.

This info from you each will help us investigate the cause!

Do you have a paid plan? That is needed for an export of your mind maps.

Normally, the export is in a very high quality because MindMeister renders the mind maps into vector graphics.

The quality of images is always the same, as it was imported. MindMeister can't upscale or correct the quality of imported images.

Hi Luisa,

thanks for the information and picture. The preview looks indeed a bit odd, but when I click on the image, and it gets his full size, I see this (in my eyes acceptable) picture quality:

If you need to export the mind map in high-resolution quality for further designing in a professional software like Adobe InDesign, Illustrator or any open-source-based software, I recommend exporting it as a PDF file.

In this case, you'll get a vectorised and fully scalable PDF mind map that you can import into such programs. It will then be fully designable with corresponding high-resolution file export features.

If you prefer an easy to handle and cloud based alternative, you can of course work with exported PDF mind maps in Canva too 😉

Io quando apro l'immagine in png, anche con diverse applicazioni, compare così.

lo so in pdf viene meglio ma per inserire la mappa in un .doc o in google slide bisogna trasformala in immagine, un passaggio in più.
