Thanks for the great question. The good news is we have loads of resources to help you get started in MindMeister!

In our Help Center, we have a whole section of short articles to help you explore MindMeister. We also have two best practices articles with information on collaboration and brainstorming, and a load of video tutorials you can browse.

Finally, we have the wonderful MindMeister Academy, which I'm sure @Cornelia Patscheider would be more than happy to give you info on.

And we mustn't forget the Community! Here you'll find lots of MindMeister experts like @Rafael Martínez Campoblanco, @Jörg Koper and @Tatiana Torres who I'm sure will also have some great advice. Or you could reach out to other users just getting started for some tips like @Olaf Roeb. Olaf has been exploring the Community for best practices, MeisterHacks and templates to help him get to grips with the tool.
