[CURRENT BUG] Mind map data lost during simple 'duplicate' operation
Hi there,
It's sound unreal but I got a larege mindmap and just did 'duplicate' feature. After that I received two empty mindmaps with default data.
That I created a support ticket, but got no answers (I'm a paid user).
It's just freaking out, that such a mature cloud service like MindMester could ruin my data just by using such a basic feature like 'duplicate'
The only question that bothers me is: could I somehow restore my mindmap?
Guys, forgive me my emotions, but you just can't understand how all this stuff frustrate me. I jus thouht that it just can't happen in 2024 in cloud services world.

I've just spoken with the support team and asked them to prioritise your case. You should have a reply asap.

Hi Denis,
As the support team has let you know, this is a current bug and it is now with our devs so they can implement a fix.
This might take a couple of weeks. While it's a serious issue (as you said, duplication should be a safe process/ feature, it's not okay to lose data during this!), we've not had other cases.
It would be a shame to lose you as a customer, but we understand if you can't wait for the fix.
