    Why can't I move/ scroll around on my mind map on my iPad?

    I have no problem moving around on the desktop but on my iPad I can moving/scroll around on my mind map. HELP

      hi @Alex Mlawsky,

      Are you using the app on iPad or going on the website?

      I suggest you try downloading the app and testing it there!

      Quick question: what Operating System do you have on your desktop?

      Have you tried logging in and out, plus clearing the cache and cookies in your web browser?

      the desktop is working fine. It's the iOS device. iPad/iPhone on those I'm using 16.4.1

      Emily, I had a brain freeze last night lol… I was just about to post that I got it worked out for that very reason. I kept using the web URL and not the iOS application. Everything works fine.


      I'm sure I'm not the first person to do that. I think their instruction/user guide should state that.
