Is anybody having any problems with rendering on Exports?

Until last week, my map Export to PDF rendered the mindmap WYSIWYG but as of Monday this week (25 September 2023) all exports are rendering randomly.

    Hi all — we haven't seen any widespread reporting of this bug, but the fact that two users who are experiencing a similar issue makes me think it may be more widespread than first thought. Our team is investigating and I will keep this thread updated!

    • Which browser did you use?
    • And have you tried to export the map in a different browser?

    Would be great if you could provide us with this information. Sometimes it also helps to re-log-in. Especially after updates.

    I use Chrome, but I tried it on Firefox and the mobile app as well. It still keeps cutting the image.
