Issue loading the mind map
Hi there, I am having an issue loading the mind map through iFrame or a direct link. The issue displayed in the console are "Could not load App Meta" and "Could not load current user". But when I try the same link in an incognito window or login to my account, the mind map will located without issue. Does anyone know why…

Is it possible to open my board with 1 opened level always?
I want to open a board and see as first sight only 1 opened level. And after that I want to coordinate my map as I want to do. Right now, my map always opens as the whole map. It makes some difficulties because I want to focus only one theme from my map.

What happened to numbering subtopics?
I used mindmeister extensively years ago then was away from the platform for a while. Now, I'm back — and I cannot find any way to number subtopics (or renumber them either). Has this feature been removed? I hope not… :(

BUG when opening a MindMap link in a (Chrome) Browser
When i click on a link of one of my mindmaps, chrome opens and this appears. I have the latest version of Chrome installed. Please help. It seems to be working in Safari (at least i think so)

Why Google Chrome doesn't support my public map ?
For visitors, my public map can't be seen. A loading page runs continuously but never displays the map… It's only OK when me, I'm connected. (No problem on Firefox or Edge) 🙏 Thanks a lot David

How to log in with Microsoft account on the MindMeister Android app?

Prevent mindmap conversion to new editor
I really dislike the new editor of Mindmeister (for many reasons) and always use the legacy maps. However I find that whenever a map is shared, the mindmap is automatically updated to the new format with no way back and it being significantly changed. Is there any way to prevent this?
