Why can someone on the Basic plan not view my mind map? I'm on Personal
I have invited a person to view and edit my mind map. The person involved is a basic mind map member and my plan is personal. However, when he tries to open the mind map it will not let him, could anyone tell me what the problem might be.

Why are changes not being saved on the server?

I created a file last summer. I have the URL. It's simply gone. No longer takes me to a mind map but to the grid of all my mindmaps. I am sick over so thought I'd ask her if anyone else has experienced this and if anyone at Meister could respond with guidance.

Search only look at mind map names - is that the case?
Hi, when I try to do a search in MM it seems to only be looking through the name of the maps - it does not traverse the branches or the content of notes linked to branches etc. Is that how it works?

When using MindMeister via the MsTeams integration on a tablet, how do I add new sub topics?
I have access to the customisation toolbar and I can edit existing topics. In the MindMeister app, there is a small cross icon which appears when you click on a topic which you can use to add a topic, but this is not available in the MsTeams version. Is there another way to do it?

How can I automatically right-align Mind Maps?
